The assistant confirms key details before committing actions. That confirmation step is a non-negotiable default.
Do customers need an app?
No. Customers just call or text your number.
What about compliance for texting?
Transactional messages only, with opt-in language, and STOP/HELP keywords. You should still publish a privacy policy and terms page.
Can staff take over?
